Privacy policy

This policy explains what Dream Maker Architects receives when you visit dreamaker.in and how we use it. We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.

What we collect

This site has no user accounts and does not sell information submitted through its forms.

• Project enquiries: Choosing WhatsApp or email opens that service with your message prepared. Nothing is sent until you send it. We receive the details you choose to share, usually your name, phone number, email address and project information.
• NATA registrations: A student’s name, phone number, email address and current class are saved to the studio’s Google Sheet. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. We use these details to follow up about the coaching batch.
• Direct contact: If you call, message or email us, we receive your number or email address and anything you choose to include.
• Site statistics: Google Analytics uses cookies to report general information such as pages visited, how visitors arrived and the devices they use. We do not use these statistics to identify you or combine them with your enquiries.
• Display preference: The site may store a setting in your browser to remember whether to use its lighter version. This stays on your device.

How we use your information

We use what you send to reply, discuss and deliver a project or coaching, prepare proposals and agreements, and keep records required for our professional or legal work. We do not sell or rent your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Services used by the site

WhatsApp and your email provider carry the messages you choose to send. Google Workspace stores NATA registrations and sends confirmation emails. Google Analytics measures site visits; you can opt out using Google’s browser add-on. Google Maps may set its own cookies when the contact page loads. Instagram and Facebook links take you to those services. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site securely. We may share project information with consultants, engineers or contractors when needed for your project.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as it is useful to the project and for our professional and legal records, then delete it. You may ask what information we hold, request a correction or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Contact info@dreamaker.in or message us on WhatsApp.

Students under 18

Students preparing for NATA may be minors. We ask that a parent or guardian knows about or joins an enquiry made by a student under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date shown at the top is the date of the latest update.
